Glass Fusing
In this introductory class, your scouts will have fun designing and layering colorful pieces of pre-cut glass.
Fused Glass Jewelry and Ornament: $30 + tax per scout (one hour) Includes one ornament and one jewelry project (cords and bails are included)
Glass plates and plaques: $40 + tax per scout (1.5 hours) Express yourself by creating beautiful art with glass!!! Instructors will teach you how to design layer and assemble your glass art. you’ll create a 6″ item to be slumped into either a dish or a wall art. All materials and firings are included in our workshops. Fancy Dichroic (metallic glass) may be added for an additional charge.
Clay Creation: $32 + tax per girl (1.5 hours)
Get to know clay. We’ll show you coil, slab and pinch pot techniques and then make a simple pot then paint and glaze. We will let clay dry and fire in our kilns. Clay projects will be ready in a few weeks. We’ll give you a call when they’re ready.
