CREATE A LASTING MEMORY OF YOUR LITTLE ONES
Preserve your child’s precious hand & foot prints in clay! The perfect keepsake! Our clay impressions are created by pressing hand and footprints into a clay plaque and firing it in a kiln. Impressions are done by appointment only and take about 20 minutes. Each session is one-on-one, allowing you to choose the size, shape, and design on the day of your appointment.
How it works:
Simply make an appointment. Our founder Aline, will welcome you to your appointment and discuss various shape and design options for your custom plaque. After the impression is taken, we will cut out the shape you choose and stamp writings. Since clay can be very delicate during the drying process, we allow it to dry slowly over a few weeks to prevent any cracking. Once the clay is dry, it will be fired for the first time. Then, we will paint it, glaze it, and fire it once more to give it a nice, shiny finish. Clay prints take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, please plan ahead for gifts.
